The overriding concept of Harborview Place is to delight and surprise our owners with a level of service not previously offered with any Nantucket real estate. A level of personal attention reminiscent of days gone by will enrich each of your Nantucket vacations. Your refrigerator and pantry — and even your bath — will be stocked, upon your request, with whatever individual items you request. You arrive “on island” relaxed and ready to enjoy the very first moment in your Nantucket home. Any or all island excursions will be pre-arranged. Those hard-to-obtain, last-minute restaurant reservations will be confirmed. Massages and spa services will be scheduled, as will fishing for the “blues”, tennis and sailing lessons.
Welcome to your own In Town sandy beach, groomed daily by our beach captain. You will be provided with Harborview Place signature umbrellas, luxurious chaises, and side tables as well as children’s beach games and water amenities, set up daily for members’ convenience.
Food and beverage service 10 AM to 6 PM, our signature “coffee to cocktails” service, with lunch and snacks in between, including a specially designed kids menu—all available at your beach not more than fifty yards from your back door.
At Harborview Place, we go far beyond the average storage locker amenity by allowing each member to re-create the home with their own style by storing for them items such as family photos, special pillows, recreational gear such as golf clubs, so that pre-arrival your home, which has been meticulously photographed, will be re-established just the way you like it.
Each of our members will receive complimentary weekly maid service as well as laundry service, but our staff will be delighted to provide that service at an additional charge, on a more frequent basis
HarborviewPlace has a Club Library and Business Center Equipped with fax, printer, photo copier, and staffed for member convenience. In addition, we will have the most recent DVDs and CDs to thrill all ages and interests.
Free transport to and from the Airport or Ferry with owner scheduled trips to the beach of your choice or dinners in Sconset or Wauwinet for you and your guests on a space-available basis.
Our concierge will tailor a massage and spa service for each of our guests to maximize their enjoyment and relaxation while at Harborview Place.

Equity Residence Club (SM) ownership is the fastest growing segment of the vacation home industry. This innovative concept provides the ultimate vacation experience and the benefits of real estate ownership while dramatically reducing the responsibilities and financial burdens associated with traditional ownership. Each residence club owner at Harborview Place receives a 1/8th deeded interest in a Harborview Place residence. The residence club is owned and operated much like a prestigious equity golf club. If all residence club owners use their club equally, each will enjoy a minimum of six weeks of club vacations each year. However, there is no limit on use. If some owners use their club less, other owners can use it more.
Ownership of an entire Harborview Place residence is also available. In addition to all of the advantages of traditional vacation home ownership, buyers have the added benefit of being able to sell one or more 1/8th interests in their residence, subject to the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement and club rules and regulations. This allows purchasers to share ownership with up to seven personally selected relatives, friends, or associates. As an owner of an entire Harborview Place residence in which no fractions have been sold, you have the option of making your residence available for rental through the property’s exclusive rental agency. Harborview Place will strictly manage the rental process to ensure an impeccable guest experience for renters and meticulous protection and maintenance of the residence for the owner.
