Studio Nantucket:

Summer Bootcamp at Harborview is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that incorporates larger functional exercises like squats, lunges and push-ups along with bursts of cardiovascular intervals to provide a dynamic full-body workout and will be taught each week at Harborview’s great lawn by Studio Nantucket’s founder, Meg Scannell.  While getting fit and strong, you can enjoy the perks of being outside with an exclusive and scenic view of Nantucket Harbor.

Built by ACK head lifeguard Teddy Driscoll, his brothers and a little help from their friends, SurfsideFit is a 60-minute workout born from the training regimens that keep the Nantucket Lifeguard team Fit, Focused & Ready for those crucial few minutes when duty calls. The youngest of 10 children, Teddy is not the first Driscoll to climb the ivory white chairs of the Nantucket beaches, and as a two sport athlete, Teddy has been through every workout routine possible. It’s his time training in the sand that he has cherished the most which he now wants to share with you, day after day.

Paddle Nantucket:

Explore the uniqueness of floating yoga classes with Stand-Up Paddle Yoga, incorporating traditional Hatha yoga practice in a marine environment. A challenging physical and spiritual experience; location is weather dependent.
