Carefree ownership is the hallmark of The Residence Club at Harborview Place.

Your vacation begins immediately upon arrival at the Nantucket Airport or ferry dock. You are greeted by your Club driver and transported to the Club via a private, environmentally friendly, hybrid vehicle. After a warm greeting in the Harborview Place reception lobby, you are escorted to your Club residence as the bellman attends to your luggage.

Upon entering your residence, you are, once again, cheered by its charm, sophistication and spectacular location. Personal items, sporting equipment and "island" clothing, which were placed in secure, conditioned storage after your previous visit, have preceded you. The fully equipped kitchen has been abundantly provisioned with food and beverages, as requested.

The Club concierge made the evening's dinner reservation prior to your arrival, so you need only relax and enjoy your unique and privileged environment. It's another beautiful, warm, sunny day on Nantucket and the Club's beach staff has arranged your chaise lounge, towel, side table and umbrella on the Club's sandy beach. Snacks and refreshments are delivered if desired. You may decide to try one of the two-person kayaks waiting on the beach or go for a short sail around the harbor in one of the personal sailboats.

The following day, one of the Club's new, fully equipped 20' Dauntless Boston Whalers has been reserved for your family to enjoy a day on the water and on the beach at Coatue. It's waiting, fully fueled and immaculate. After an exciting day on the water, you simply turn it over to the Club staff for cleaning, refueling and any maintenance items needing attention.

In addition to carefree boating, the Club concierge has accommodated your family's other vacation needs, including reservations at your favorite restaurants, sailing and surfing lessons for the kids, a golf outing for dad, a relaxing spa treatment for mom, and a wonderful sunset cocktail cruise. Of course, Main Street and Old South Wharf, with their many restaurants, shops and galleries, are but a short walk away. So much or so little to do on magnificent Nantucket. It's up to you. What's not up to you is the responsibility of maintaining a vacation home. Your Club staff takes care of everything before, during and after each Harborview Place visit. As the Club shuttle returns you to the airport or ferry, your only concern is scheduling your next Nantucket vacation.
